GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Geller

Condominium/Cooperative/Mobile Homes; provides for meeting between park owner & committee of affected mobile home owners re certain lot rental amount increases; revises provisions re declarations for creation of condominium; revises provisions re appurtenances that pass with condominium unit; revises provisions re material alterations of common elements or association real property operated by multicondominium association, etc. Amends Ch. 718, 702.09, 723.037,.06116,.0612.
