Schools/Class Size & Psychologist; specifies maximum class size for kindergarten through grade three in public schools; provides priorities for school districts in complying with requirements for class size; specifies maximum class size for grades four through 12 in public schools; requires school districts to employ licensed social worker & licensed psychologist for each elementary & secondary school. Amends 236.687. APPROPRIATION.
