Public Records/Emergency Management; provides exemption from public records requirements for those portions of comprehensive emergency management plan which address response of public or private hospital to act of terrorism & which are filed with AHCA, state or local law enforcement agency, county emergency management agency, Governor's Executive Office, Health Dept., or DCA; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Creates 395.1056.
