Public Records/Paging Device Numbers; provides that electronic paging device numbers of law enforcement officers & former law enforcement officers used in course of their employment & billing records of such electronic paging device numbers are exempt from public records requirements; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
