JOINT RESOLUTION by Haridopolos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kottkamp
Tangible Personal Property; constitutional amendment to exempt from ad valorem taxation property owned by special district & used exclusively by it for special district or public purposes & to authorize Legislature, by general law, to exempt specific types of tangible personal property from ad valorem taxation or from uniform requirements & procedures of ad valorem tax administration, appraisal, & collection, or both, etc. Amends s. 3, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
