Aerospace Infrastructure; creates Aerospace Infrastructure Reinvestment Act of 2002; provides that amounts due under chapter on sales, use, & other transactions collected by dealers conducting business at fixed location at Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral Air Station on admissions, leases, & licenses & on sales of tangible personal property at such business shall be separately returned & distributed by DOR, etc. Amends 212.20.
