Assisted-living/Minority Persons; directs Shimberg Center for Affordable Housing at U of F to contract with Institute on Urban Policy & Commerce at FAMU to conduct study; provides for access to records & data of Elderly Affairs Dept. & AHCA; provides for development of private-public partnership to develop & operate facility in urban core area; provides for appointment of advisory group to guide study & private-public partnership development effort, etc. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
