GENERAL BILL by Wiles ; Ausley

Campaign Financing; eliminates provision that authorizes unrestricted expenditure of funds for purpose of jointly endorsing three or more candidates; provides additional requirements for registration of political committees & certification of committees of continuous existence & requires that certain certification information be updated; requires up-to-date membership list with application for certification & with annual & regular report, etc. Amends Ch. 106.

Effective Date: 01/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
