Public School Discipline; amends provision re powers & duties of school boards; requires code of student conduct to include notice of policy of zero tolerance; amends provision re school district policy of zero tolerance for crime & victimization; authorizes modification of certain disciplinary actions on case-by-case basis; corrects cross reference. Amends 230.23,.235.
