Constitutional Amendments/Initiative; reduces period for which signatures on petitions for constitutional amendments proposed by initiative remain valid; requires disclosure on petition form on use of paid persons to gather signatures; provides for affixing of fiscal impact statements to text of such amendments prior to their circulation for signatures; provides deadline for supervisors of elections to certify signatures to Secretary of State, etc. Amends 100.371.
