GENERAL BILL by Trovillion ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dick ; Seiler

Sexually Violent Offenders; requires agency with jurisdiction over person convicted of sexually violent offense to provide earlier notice of offender's anticipated release; revises time for preparing assessment as to whether offender is sexually violent predator; requires detainees to be segregated from other patients; revises catchline. Amends 394.913,.917,.929.
