Dependent Child/Psychotropic Meds.; specifies conditions under which no court order is required for dispensing psychotropic medication to child in legal custody of CFS Dept.; provides requirements for petition to court for authority to dispense psychotropic medication to such child; provides for prior review of child's medical history & evidence demonstrating that treatment is appropriate for child's condition, etc. Amends 39.01,.0015,.302,.407.
