Criminal Justice Standards Comm.; revises membership on Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission; revises certain qualifications for membership; authorizes commission to prescribe range of disciplinary actions for certain offenses; specifies circumstances under which probable cause panel may take additional disciplinary action than that prescribed by rule; provides for notification of officers, etc. Amends 943.11,.1395.
