Equal Pay Commission Act; creates said act; provides for Workforce Innovation director to appoint Equal Pay Commission; provides membership criteria; requires commission to conduct study & submit report; specifies subject of study; prohibits commission members from receiving compensation; authorizes payment of per diem & travel expenses for commission members; requires Agency for Workforce Innovation to provide staff & administrative support for commission, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
