Rec.; narrows exemption for records re municipal employee's participation in municipal employee assistance program to provide that municipal employee's personal identifying information contained in employee assistance program records is confidential & exempt; makes editorial changes; removes 10/02/2003, repeal thereof scheduled pursuant to Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995. Amends 166.0444.
