Rec.; narrows exemption for records re employee's participation in county employee assistance program to provide that county employee's personal identifying information contained in employee assistance program records is confidential & exempt; makes editorial changes; removes 10/02/2002, repeal thereof scheduled pursuant to Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995. Amends 125.585.
