Engineering; revises provisions re examinations required to practice in state as engineer; requires certification of any business organization offering engineering services to public; revises provisions re disciplinary penalties to increase administrative fine & authorize imposition of restitution; revises duties of Professional Engineers Board, Fla. Engineers Management Corporation, & DBPR re regulation of practice of engineering, etc. Amends Ch. 471.
