Space-related Growth & Development; revises provisions re board of supervisors for Florida Space Authority; revises membership of board of directors of Florida Space Research Institute; clarifies authority of Florida Space Research Institute; defines term "aerospace;" redesignates Florida Commercial Space Finance Corporation as Florida Aerospace Finance Corporation; provides that said corporation is not agency for certain purposes, etc. Amends Chs. 288, 331.
