Space Industry; provides that amounts due under tax on sales, use, & other transactions which are collected by dealers conducting business at fixed locations at Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral Air Station on admissions, leases, licenses, & sales of tangible personal property at such businesses shall be separately returned to DOR; provides for exemption from taxation for any project or property owned by Fla. Commercial Space Financing Corp., etc. Amends FS.
