Sarasota County Public Hospital; amends, codifies, & reenacts all special acts re Sarasota County Public Hospital District; provides District boundaries; provides for governing board; provides powers, functions, & duties of District & its governing board, including express power to sell & exchange real estate; repeals certain special acts, except for provisions approved in referendum on Jan. 10, 1950, conferring ad valorem taxing authority; provides severability, etc.
