GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Villalobos
Judicial Branch of Government; requires state attorney to provide discovery materials to defendant; provides for payment of expenses for state attorney to assist in another circuit; deletes provisions re limitations on representation by public defenders in direct appeals of death penalty cases; provides criteria for determining whether conflict of interest exists; revises definition for purposes of retired judges or justices assigned to temporary duty, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
