Students/Resident Status/Tuition; provides exemption from payment of nonresident tuition at community colleges & state universities for certain students meeting eligibility criteria; reenacts provision re general requirements for eligibility for state financial aid, to incorporate amendment to specified provision, in reference. Amends 1009.21; reenacts 1009.40(1)(a).
