GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Anderson ; Benson ; Davis ; Harrell ; Hogan ; Murman
Baker Act; revises language re guardian advocate; authorizes guardian advocate to consent to administration of medication over objection under certain circumstances; provides for release of certain clinical records to certain persons for certain purposes; revises criteria & procedures for involuntary examination; provides contents of petition for involuntary outpatient placement; provides for appointment of counsel, etc. Amends Ch. 394.
