DUI/Interlock Devices; establishes breath alcohol level, rather than blood alcohol level as basis for requiring installation of ignition interlock device on vehicle operated by DUI offender; requires installation of ignition interlock devices on certain vehicles for certain period of time where offender fails abstinence requirement of supervision program; extends period of license suspension under such circumstances, etc. Amends 316.1937,.1938.
