CS/SB 1216: Domestic Violence Centers
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Atwater
Domestic Violence Centers; removes requirement that CFS Dept. approve or reject applications for funding received from domestic violence centers; requires statewide assoc. under contract with dept. to provide technical assistance to certified domestic violence centers & to administer & evaluate services provided by centers; requires assoc. to approve or reject applications for funding, etc. Amends 39.903,.905.
