Federal Records/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public-records requirements for certain federal records that are otherwise confidential under federal law & that are provided to Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. for purposes of food safety investigations, contacts & partnership activities, & regulatory reviews; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity, etc. Amends 500.148.
