CS/CS/SB 1252: Health Care Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Health Care Facilities; allows nursing homes to convert beds to alternative uses as specified; provides restrictions on uses of funding under assisted-living Medicaid waivers; revises requirements for facility's report to agency on adverse incidents; postpones effective date of changes to standards for eligibility for certain optional medical assistance, including coverage under medically needy program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $22,498,288.
