GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater
Certificates of Need; redefines "tertiary health service," as used in Health Facility & Services Development Act, to include open-heart surgery; provides for level of finding for local health councils; amends provisions specifying which health-care-related projects are subject to review; amends review process; provides that court must require losing party to pay attorney's fees & costs of prevailing party in certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 408.
