GENERAL BILL by Education ; Aronberg ; Saunders

School Employees & Contractors; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1254,1662) requires both instructional & noninstructional personnel of charter schools to file fingerprints with school board of district within which charter school is located; provides that contractors have same probationary status as employees; provides duties of FDLE re retention & search of fingerprint records submitted on behalf of school employees & contractors, etc. Amends 1012.32.
