GENERAL BILL by Sorensen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen

Tax on Tobacco Products; revises authority of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. to prescribe certain stamps to certain persons; prohibits delivery of cigarettes to certain persons under certain circumstances; provides required procedures for delivering cigarettes in delivery sale; provides limitations on obtaining cigarettes by certain persons; authorizes stopping & inspecting certain vehicles for contraband cigarettes, etc. Amends Ch. 210.
