HB 1365: Phosphogypsum Management
GENERAL BILL by Paul
Phosphogypsum Management; provides 3rd degree felony penalty for willfully, knowingly, or with reckless indifference or gross carelessness, misstating or misrepresenting financial condition or closure costs of entity engaged in managing, owning, or operating phosphogypsum stack or stack system; authorizes DEP to impose lien on certain property of owner or operator of phosphogypsum stack system in specified amount, etc. Amends 403.4154.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
