GENERAL BILL by Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

University Presidents/Remuneration; defines terms "public funds," "remuneration," & "cash equivalent compensation"; limits annual remuneration of state university president to $225,000 from public funds; provides certain limitations on benefits for said presidents under Fla. Retirement System; authorizes party to provide cash or cash-equivalent compensation in excess of annual limit from nonpublic funds; provides for prospective application, etc.
