Anesthesiologist Assistants; requires Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine to require medical malpractice insurance or proof of financial responsibility as condition of licensure or licensure renewal for licensed anesthesiology assistants; revises grounds for which physician may be disciplined for failing to provide adequate supervision; provides performance standards for assistants, etc. Amends 456.048, 458.331, 459.015; creates 458.3475, 459.023.
