CS/HB 1397: Substance Abuse Services

GENERAL BILL by Cusack

Substance Abuse Services; authorizes CFS Dept. to adopt by rule new payment methodologies & to eliminate unit-based methodologies for mental health & substance abuse services; prohibits changes to ratio of state to local matching resources or to sources of local match & prohibits increase in amount of local matching funds required; modifies services for which managing entity is accountable, etc. Amends 394.74,.9082.
