GENERAL BILL by McInvale ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Attkisson
Real Estate Appraisers; revises & provides definitions applicable to regulation of real estate appraisers; provides that licenses for category of licensed appraiser shall not be issued after specified date; authorizes real estate brokers, broker-salespersons, & salespersons to provide valuation services without being regulated as appraisers; clarifies authority to inspect appraisers & appraisal offices, etc. Amends Ch. 475.
