Pari-mutuel Wagering/Horseracing; deletes limitation on horsetracks receiving broadcasts of races conducted out of this state; provides clarification re simulcast horseraces; deletes limitation on beginning thoroughbred races after 7 p.m.; deletes limitation on accepting certain intertrack wagers; authorizing certain intertrack wagering. Amends 550.3551,.5251,.615,.6305.
