Federal/State-owned Lands/Inventory; provides for inventory of certain federal & state-owned lands; provides conditions under which certain lands must be made available for surplusing; eliminates reversion of state funds for certain land acquisition purposes; requires state agencies & water management districts to prepare & submit to DOR requests for certification of payment in lieu of taxes applications from requesting local governments, etc. Amends Chs. 259, 373, 253.034.
