Driving Privilege; provides popular name of "Campbell, Slosberg, & Simmons Safety Act"; provides additional charges for certain traffic violations; provides for distribution of moneys collected; revises provisions re disposition of civil penalties by county courts; provides additional fee for reinstatement of suspended driving privilege. Creates 318.1225, 322.287; amends 318.21.
