GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen ; Henriquez
Cigarette Stamps/Interstate Commerce; requires wholesale dealer or distributing agent who transports or causes to be transported from this state cigarettes for sale in another state to affix to cigarettes stamps required by other state or to pay certain excise taxes; requires reporting of transported cigarettes to Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division of DBPR; authorizes division to adopt rules. Amends 210.06.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
