SB 1476: Manatee Protection/TF Funding
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Manatee Protection/TF Funding; provides that proceeds of Save the Manatee Trust Fund shall be used exclusively for funding law enforcement positions within Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission for enforcement of laws designed to protect manatee populations in certain counties; requires annual report. Amends 370.12.
