Fish & Wildlife Commission; deletes requirement that commission solicit advisory recommendations from Save Manatee Committee; creates Boating & Waterways Office within commission; provides for transfer of moneys from Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund to Marine Resources Conservation Trust Fund; adds additional purposes & provides for use of funds transferred; provides for competitive grant programs developed & administered by commission, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 206, 370; creates 327.47. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000.
