GENERAL BILL by Ambler ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Zapata
Impaired Practitioners/Health Care; amends provision re treatment programs for impaired practitioners; requires impaired practitioner consultants to notify practitioners subject to investigations initiated by Health Dept. of investigation process under certain circumstances; provides for voluntary examinations; prohibits examiner from soliciting practitioner to enroll in treatment program from which examiner receives financial benefit, etc. Amends 456.076.
