GENERAL BILL by Kendrick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia ; Hogan
Constitutional Amend./Initiative; requires supervisors of elections to verify first 10 percent of initiative petition signatures within 30 days after submission; requires sponsors of initiative petitions to submit signatures required to supervisors of elections no later than 180 days before next general election; requires Attorney General to attach to each petition motion of requesting that Supreme Court expedite its review of initiative petitions, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
