GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders
Blood Establishments; defines term "blood establishment"; provides standards for operation of blood establishment; declares blood establishment that does not meet those standards to be nuisance; authorizes AHCA or any state attorney to bring action for injunction to cease operations or enjoin future operations of any blood establishment that does not meet standards & that endangers donors or recipients.
