GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mack

Foster Parents; expands exemption to include foster parent applicants & medical records of licensed foster parents & foster parent applicants; narrows exemption to remove information contained in neighbor references; makes exempt name, address, & telephone number of persons providing character or neighbor references; provides for expiration & retroactive application of exemptions, etc. Amends 409.175.
