Rec.; narrows exemption for records re employee's participation in employee assistance program to provide that employee's personal identifying information contained in employee assistance program records is confidential & exempt; makes editorial changes; removes October 2, 2003, repeal thereof scheduled pursuant to OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 110.1091.
