Florida Business Corporations Act; clarifies document execution provision re filing requirement, agent statement of resignation fee provision, & effective time & date of document provision; clarifies shareholder's preemptive rights provisions re certain securities; provides for shareholder's rights to appraisals, & for limiting or eliminating appraisal rights under certain circumstances; prohibits certain corporate action challenges under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
