Funeral & Cemetery Services; extends embalmer apprentice period; provides additional requirements to be direct disposal establishment; revises requirements to be funeral establishment; revises cremation requirements for cinerator facilities re simultaneous cremations, body parts, cremation containers, & cremation chamber; provides exemption from liability for unintentional or incidental commingling of remains under certain conditions, etc. Amends Ch. 470, 497.
