GENERAL BILL by Smith
Public Libraries; revises provisions re public library construction grants; provides for waiver of local matching requirement under certain circumstances; authorizes Library & Information Services Div. to administer certain funds; revises provisions re confidentiality of public library registration & circulation records to authorize disclosure of information to parent or guardian of library patron under age 16, etc. Amends 257.191,.261.
