Entertainment Industry; creates "Barry Plans Florida Entertainment Industry Act"; prohibits certain employment practices by employers in entertainment industry & by labor organizations; voids certain agreements between employers & labor organizations; requires state, political subdivisions, & others to give preference in procurement of entertainment production services to qualified production companies, etc. Creates 447.095; reenacts 447.14; amends 447.17.
